Panda Express MESA Day Preliminaries at USC

Since 2000, Panda Express associates have volunteered to judge the MESA Day Preliminaries at the University of Southern California. MESA students prepare for this academic competition by applying mathematics, science, and engineering principles to create projects that may solve real-world STEM challenges.
On March 9, 2019, middle and high school students enrolled in the USC MESA program put their exciting and authentic team-based projects to the test. Panda volunteers helped inspect and evaluate the students’ work.
After the competitions, Panda volunteers served delicious Panda Express meals to over 800 MESA students, advisors, teachers, parents, administrators and USC student volunteers.
