Applicants should review our guidelines to determine whether their organization or program is eligible based on our criteria.

Donation Guidelines:

• Non-profit 501(c)(3) organization that directly supports the health and education needs of underserved children in local communities.
• Non-political
• Non-religious
• Public organization in good financial and community standing
• Children must be the primary attendees at the event in which the food is being served
• Applications must be submitted at least 4 weeks prior to the scheduled event
• Panda associates must be on-site to serve
• In an effort to aid as many organizations as possible, Panda Cares may place a higher priority on organizations and events that have not been previously serviced

Upon meeting the above requirements, please fill out the application found here. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your application to be processed. If your organization is selected, we will notify you by phone to coordinate the details. Organizations that do not meet our guidelines will be notified via mail. Due to the large volume of requests we receive daily, we cannot guarantee that every request that matches our guidelines will receive a donation.
